Christopher "Chris" Chan is a co-founder and former manager/executive producer of OfflineTV.[1] He is also formerly Scarra's manager.
Chris left OTV in 2018 to focus on family and other endeavors.[2]
Career[]
Chris met Scarra in Toronto in 2015, where he was organizing a League of Legends event. He convinced Scarra to let him manage his YouTube channel. After initial success, Chris became Scarra's full time manager.
In 2016, Chris also started to manage Imaqtpie and co-created the podcast Beyond the Rift.
In September 2016, Chris moved into Scarra's Vine House.
Chris helped to organize the 1st Offline TV House by recruiting content creators and running social media.
In March 2018, Chris and Pecca moved out of the Offline TV House and Chris stepped away from his management role.
In 2018, Pecca and Chris opened a sticker business in Toronto called Hubman and Chubgirl.
Personal Life[]
Chris married Pecca in 2017.[3]
In a Tweet in June 2020 LilyPichu described an incident in mid-2017 in which they both were drunk and Chris wrapped his legs around her while they were sharing a hotel room.[4][5] Chris released a statement shortly after, expressing his remorse.[6][7] Lily deleted her original tweet[8] and in a second statement expressed that she had no ill will towards Chris.[9][10]
