Just Friends was a Twitch streamer content house. It was based in Los Angeles, California and was closely associated with Offline TV.
Background[]
Established in the summer of 2017, Offline TV quickly gained popularity and success. Leslie, Kimi and Jaime became unofficially known as Offline Rejects, since they streamed and collabed with OTV. The trio decided that they wanted to create their own content house and settled on the name Just Friends.

The group disbanded in late 2018 after financial losses prevented them from renewing their house lease. House quality was also very bad: constant sewage problems, broken ac and very high expenses for electricity.[1]
After Just Friends left, the house was rented by Riot Games employees to organize parties.
