January[]
- OTV Rust was at its peak in player activity this month, with a rapid decline shortly after
- Because of Twitch drops, this allowed Ray__C to reach his peak viewership on Twitch with 90K+ views
- AriaSaki was also able to naturally amass 10K+ viewers w/out any raids/hosts
- January 2 - Disguised Toast moves back to Canada to take care of his father
- This resulted in OTV DnD to be promptly canceled
- Early January - Despite it being his own YT channel, Steven Suptic leaves Sugar Pine 7 to focus on his Twitch career, leaving Cib and James being the main podcast members
- Mid January - Sykkuno moves to Vegas (lives in Ryan's basement)
- Mid January - Hafu and Dogdog move to Vegas (several days after Sykkuno)
- January 26 - Fuslie house moved into a new home due to the expiration of the LAMPS House's 1-year lease
- January 30 - Bretman Rock started his first stream

- Mid February - Salad Gang established (through watching a livestream of Corpse's NYC billboard)

- March 14 - Ludwig begins his 1-month long subathon
- March 18 - MGK x CORPSE HUSBAND "DAYWALKER!" released
- Valkyrae was featured in the MV to depict as Corpse
- March 26 - LilyPichu and Michael Reeves began their trip to Boston (so they can let Robodog piss at the Boston Dyanamics HQ)

- April 5 - Valkyrae, Sykkuno, and Corpse played Among Us with Stranger Things cast and Jimmy Fallon
- April 7 - Valkyrae and CouRageJD became co-owners of 100 Thieves
- April 13 - Ludwig concludes his subathon with a tearful note. He was also able to become the most subbed Twitch streamer of all time.
- April 13 - Hafu and Dogdog officially married
- April 13 - Kyedae joins 100Thieves
- April 14 - Ash on LoL addresses stalkers fantasizing her and wanting to find her location

- June 5 - The first non-initial roster members began to join the OTV SMP

- September 15 - TinaKitten joins 100 Thieves.
- September 29 - OTV and friends participate in Ludwig's kickball event.

- October 2 - OTV anime music video launches, as well as phase 1 of the OTV Creative Challenge.
- October 4 - OTV Summer Forever Merch launches.
- October 6 - OTV and all of its associated channels gain new logos.
- October 7 - OTV Podcast gains a reboot.
- October 11 - Kkatamina adopts Siri.
- October 13 - Fuslie and Edison Park announced their separation on Twitter, ending their 5.5 year relationship.
- October 22 - AriaSaki's pet cat, Mayo, gave birth to 5 kittens. Unfortunately, the 5th kitten passed away at birth and another a few days later.
November[]
- November 2 - OTV Squid Game uploaded

- November 2 - Buddha joins TSM
- November 3 - OTV and Friends Race to Masters (Teamfight Tactics), hosted by Toast and Boxbox, began. It ends on December 1.
- November 4 - First guest debut in the revamped OTV Podcast (AleXa)
- November 6 - OTV and Friends were invited by Riot Games to Arcane premiere and co-streamed the first three episodes on their Twitch channel.
- November 7 - Toast returns to Twitter.
- November 9 - Kkatamina begins her birthday subathon.
- November 9 - OTV FTB Endeavour MC server launched.
- November 16 - AriaSaki joins Immortals.
- November 17 - Toast leaves Facebook Gaming after streaming on the platform since 2019.
- November 18 - Kkatamina becomes the most subbed female Twitch streamer.
- November 19 - Pokimane streams OTV Sumo Wrestling Competition, later announcing that Masayoshi, QuarterJade, and Sydeon are joining OTV.
- November 22 - Kkatamina concludes her subathon two weeks later, reaching 73K subs and achieving the number 10 spot in the Top 10 most subbed Twitch streamers of all-time.
- November 23 - Starsmitten adopts Opal.
- November 24 - Disguised Toast officially returns to Twitch.
- November 29 - Ludwig leaves Twitch and joins Valkyrae and CouRageJD in YT Gaming. His first stream on the new platform will begin the day after.
December[]
- December 15 - Kkatamina announces in Valkyrae's 48 hour stream in the OTV House she will move in with Rae.
- Mid-late December - LilyPichu announces after 4 years, the OTV house will disband once their lease ends (first week of January). This may be due to the talents at or near their 30s, wishing to commence their adult lives.
- December 18-19 - OfflineTV Holiday Charity Valorant Invitational occurred.
- Team Scarra was victorious, leaving Valkyrae and PeterparkTV with a win streak from the past OTV Valorant tournament.
- December 20 - The first of three AriaSaki kittens is adopted and moved with her new owner Emily (an individual that works alongside several OTV friends). The kitten is named "Powder."
- December 23 - Valkyrae announces Sykkuno will be living alongside her and Kkatamina
- December 23 - Plushys cat, Snowball, finally moves in with her.
- December 27 - Myth officially announces his departure from TSM after 3 years.
- December 31 - Offline TV releases the final video of the year, a fan unboxing where Scarra receives a greater amount of fan mail than previous unboxings.
