OTV 2022 Timeline

This page is dedicated for any special events that occurred in the OTV Universe. For any events, list them via bullets under the desired month.

(Note: events don't need a defined time, but is highly recommended)

January

• January 2 - Valkyrae returns to streaming at her house.
• January 2 - Plushys contracts COVID-19.
• January 5 - Kkatamina moves in with Valkyrae.
• January 5 - Offline TV House disbands after 4 years, most likely due to the talents prioritizing their adult lives.
• January 5 - Sydeon adopts Crash Bandisnoot.
• January 7 - Pokimane received a 2-day ban on twitch for streaming Avatar, violating DMCA guidelines.
• January 10 - Disguised Toast received a 2-day ban on Twitch for violating DMCA guidelines by watching anime on stream.
• January 11 - Natsumiii started her wedding subathon. All proceeds goes to funding the wedding with BaboAbe at the end of the year.
• January 15 - Valkyrae becomes a free agent following the expiration of her 2-year contract streaming on YouTube.
• January 17 - Pokimane became the center of Twitch controversy after Ninja and his wife threaten to sue her after she showed a "fabricated" message Ninja sent in her Twitter DMs on her stream. This was due to Ninja attempting to assist a streamer named Jidion to get his permanent Twitch ban lifted as Jidion gifted subs to Ninja the night he hate-raided Poki.
• January 31 - Valkyrae returns to YouTube on a 1-year contract.
• January 31 - Pokimane becomes a free agent following the expiration of her 2-year contract with Twitch.
• January 31 - Sykkuno moves in with Valkyrae and Kkatamina.

February

• February 8 - Pokimane returns to Twitch on a 1-year contract.
• February 9 - OTV & Friends go on a Ski Trip.
• February 16 - Disguised Toast starts his Viewerthon after returning back to LA.

March

• March 12 - QTCinderella hosts the first Streamer Awards.
• March 19 - Valkyrae announces her new roommates.
• March 20 - Disguised Toast organizes Elden Ring Boss Race with himself, Valkyrae, Sykkuno, Ludwig and Kkatamina.
• March 24 - QTCinderella has Cake Decorating stream with AriaSaki, Bnans, Natsumiii, QuarterJade, Sydeon and XChocoBars.
• March 27 - Disguised Toast organizes "Noobs vs Pros" Valorant Showmatch where himself, Valkyrae, Sykkuno, Kkatamina and Kyedae play against TenZ and s0mcs.

April

• April 14-16 - Disguised Toast organizes NA vs Spain/LATAM Rust Twitch Rivals.
• April 15-18 - OTV & Friends visit Coachella Festival.

May

• May 3 - OTV and Friends played Among Us after a lengthy hiatus. OTV Among Us lobbies evolved to "Sussy Sundays" the week after.
• May 3 - Sykkuno moves to YouTube Gaming.
• May 4-7 - QTCinderella organized Girls Trip. The event had to be canceled the 2nd day, because of the positive COVID test.
• May 14 - Michael Reeves participates in iDubbbz and Doctor Mike's influencer boxing tournament, Creator Clash. Reeves beat Graham Stephan by TKO.
• May 16 - QTCinderella and Ludwig adopt Coots (one of Mayo's kittens).

June

• June 8-9 - New York Trip with Disguised Toast, Valkyrae, Kkatamina and Yvonnie.
• June 8-16 - Korea Trip with Pokimane, AriaSaki, IGumdrop, newt, Jakenbake‏‎ and Water.
• June 15 - Revival of the Morning Lobbies.

July

• July 7 - LilyPichu moves to YouTube Gaming.
• July 8-20 - OTV Japan Trip with Scarra, LilyPichu, Disguised Toast, Michael Reeves, QuarterJade, Masayoshi, Sydeon, Yvonnie, Valkyrae and Starsmitten.
• July 10-20 - Europe Trip (Paris, Belgium, Amsterdam) with Fuslie, Emily, Blaustoise and Jhb. Kkatamina joined on July 13.
• July 12 - Myth moves to YouTube Gaming.
• July 14 - Bella Poarch releases her single "Dolls," featuring Valkyrae, Sykkuno, Kkatamina, Bretman Rock, Ludwig, Mizkif, and HasanAbi in her music video.
• July 14 - Edison Park started The Ironman Challenge, where he would have to reach top 1% in 3 different games.
• July 21-28 - OTV and Fuslie's group to meet up in Korea.
• July 21-24 - LilyPichu, Michael Reeves and Kyedae go to Philippines to visit CONQuest Festival.

August

• August 3 - Peterpark joins 100Thieves.
• August 9-13 - Disguised Toast organizes Twitch Rivals: Rust Team Battles. Team Toast won the event.
• August 9 - Peterpark and Kyedae debut the first episode of their new podcast, "Boomer vs Zoomer", featuring Valkyrae in the first episode. There will be a new episode every Tuesday.
• August 11 - BrookeAB debuts the first episode of her new podcast, "That's What She Said", with TinaKitten as the first guest. There will be a new episode every other Tuesday.
• August 12 - LilyPichu held her first Comfi Beats concert. It was also streamed on Scarra's twitch channel.
• August 14-16 - QTCinderella organized Girl's Trip, which is the second time this event has been held as the first one was canceled in May due to positive COVID test.
• August 16 - TenZ and Kyedae announced that they have been secretly engaged for the past 8 months. Kyedae mentioned on stream that they got engaged on December 29, 2021.

September

• September 7 - Fuslie moves to YouTube Gaming.
• September 10 - Valkyrae announces in New York that she is the new Global Ambassador for Gymshark
• September 15 - QuarterJade, Masayoshi, Sydeon, Starsmitten, Jessica, Tenzin, Peter Park, Tarik and Brodin travel to Istanbul for 2022 Valorant Champions.
• September 27 -QuarterJade organized Fairy Tea Party with Sydeon, Pokimane, XChocoBars, BrookeAB, TinaKitten, Emma Langevin, Natsumiii, Kkatamina, Valkyrae, AriaSaki, IGumdrop, XChocoBars, LilyPichu, QTCinderella, Syanne, Amanda, Julia Wu, Codemiko and others. Several girls didn't attend due to illness: Fuslie, Jessica, Starsmitten, AnneMunition

October

• October 6 - BaboAbe organises a Boy's Night of bowling after being inspired by QuarterJade's Fairy Tea Party, with Scarra, Sykkuno, Peter Park, Brodin, Masayoshi, Seanic, Ludwig, HasanAbi, Edison Park, iiTzTimmy, and multiple others in attendance.
• October 7 - iGumdrop releases her Ebiko collection collaboration with Marvel. The announcement video features herself, Valkyrae, Blaustoise, and Brodin as models.

November

• November 1 - QTCinderella announces her departure from TSM as a content creator.
• November 8 - Natsumiii and BaboAbe are officially married.
• November 10 - iiTzTimmy joins 100 Thieves.
• November 10 - Disguised Toast and Fuslie organize Among Us VR lobbies following the game's release. Toast's lobby consists of Sykkuno, Valkyrae, Corpse, Ludwig, LilyPichu, Natsumiii, BaboAbe, Ironmouse, and Masayoshi. Fuslie's lobby consists of Valkyrae, Natsumiii, Kkatamina, Yvonnie, Peter Park, Karl Jacobs, Sapnap, GeorgeNotFound, and Brodin.
• November 12 - Several members of OTV & Friends join the Minecraft Championship 27 including Disguised Toast, iiTzTimmy, Boxbox, Masayoshi, vGumiho, Sykkuno, Foolish, Kkatamina, Valkyrae, and Ludwig. Team Cyan Coyotes (Toast, Boxbox, John & Timmy) manages to reach 2nd place.
• November 22 - Emma Langevin announces that she won't return to streaming due to its effects on her mental health, although she is still open to appearing on other people's streams.
• November 29 - Fuslie adopts Mushroom.
• November 29 - Disguised Toast begins hosting a new talk show, Two People Talking, for Team Liquid.

December

• December 3 - Ludwig organizes a Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel Tournament with Sykkuno, Fuslie, Disguised Toast, LilyPichu, Blaustoise, Th3Vale and MoistCr1TiKaL. Sykkuno emerged as the victor.
• December 3 - QTCinderella hosts Christmas special "A Very QT Christmas" with several OTV & Friends members among the performers.
• December 7 - Sydeon hosts Sydeon's Charity Field Day, a special charity sports event involving several OTV & Friends members. It is her first time hosting an event, with the event benefitting RAD (Rise Above the Disorder).
• December 8 - During the 2023 Game Awards, Ludwig won Content Creator of the Year. Fuslie and Valkyrae also handed out the award for Innovation in Accessibility during the ceremony.
• December 10 - AriaSaki announces her departure from Immortals.
• December 10 - Kimi announces her rebrand back to AngelsKimi.
• December 11 - Disguised Toast, Myth, and Boxbox participated in Ludwig's Mogul Chessboxing Championship. Boxbox won against Stanz by technical knockout, Myth won against Cherdleys after Cherdleys ran out of time in chess, and Toast won against Pointcrow through checkmate.
• December 11 - Pokimane contracts COVID-19.
• December 13-15 - Kkatamina and Valkyrae's STREAMAS to benefit and to feature small streamers takes place. Guest appearances include Jacksepticeye, Ryan Higa, HasanAbi, Ludwig, LilyPichu, Fuslie, Sykkuno and Yvonnie.
• December 15 - Ljerny graduates from college.
• December 17 - Offline TV announces that they have returned to living together in a new OTV House. Scarra, Lily, Toast, Brodin, Jodi, John, and Sydney will be living in the house, while Yvonne, Michael, and Poki will still live separately but will visit for shoots and meetups.
• December 18 - QuarterJade holds her annual charity stream to benefit RAD.
• December 19 - OTV launches their second YouTube channel, Offline TV+.
• December 26 - TinaKitten announces her departure from 100 Thieves.
• December 29 - Sydeon contracts COVID-19.
• December 31 - xChocoBars announces her departure from Luminosity Gaming.
