Sock is Fuslie's pet Munchkin.
Overview[]
According to his Instagram bio, Sock is a "grumpy munchie with heterochromia (different color on each eye) and only one ball." Although born in early May, Sock officially moved in with Leslie on September 28, 2020. As Sock aged, he began to adopt the "grumpy cat" face, with Leslie oftentimes complimenting how "happy" Sock was as an adult cat (although fans usually describe him as depressed).
Leslie has always been the primary caretaker of Sock, Edison Park used to take care of him whenever Leslie was preoccupied outside her home, which remained true for a while, even after their separation. If the duo was away from LA for an extended time, smoothielol would babysit Sock. Currently, when Leslie is not around Sock is usually taken care of by her roommates or her manager Emily.
Relationships[]
Teddy[]
Teddy is smoothielol's pet Scottish Fold cat (the same breed as Hazel, Kisa, Buki, Powder, and Coots). According to Leslie, Sock and Teddy are best friends. Sock visits Teddy in cases where he needs to be babysit.
Lil' Cat[]
Lil'Cat is Kkatamina's black cat. When Lil' Cat and Sock both saw each other, Lil' Cat became intimidated by Sock's presence, backing her steps as Sock came closer to her. Nowadays, at the Leak House, Sock would sometimes approach Lil' Cat, with Leslie perceiving that Sock has a crush on her.
Winry[]
For a brief period of time, Sock developed a form of attraction for Winry, often sniffing her butt. This resulted in Sock having bouts of meowing, frustrating Leslie as he would do it most often at midnight. As a result, Leslie took Sock to the vet to have him fully neutered.
Somi[]
Somi is Yvonnie's pet Blue Ragdoll cat. At the Leak House, Sock and Somi do not get along. According to Valkyrae, Sock and Somi are extremely territorial around the house, with the two often invading the other roommates' (often Leslie's) rooms. On various occasions in Leslie's or the entire group's streams, Sock and Somi could be heard screeching and running to each other to catfight. To control the cats' territorial competition, a rule in the Leak House is that everybody's personal rooms must be closed at all times.
Trivia[]
- Sock does not like wearing customized cat socks.
- If worn, Sock would immediately shake them off from his paws.
- Sock is known to develop excessive eye boogers, resulting in part of his face seen as brown. If the eye boogers are seen as a nuisance, Sock would receive a bath.
- Sock often sleeps in odd positions, the most notable being him laying on his back slightly curving.
- In one of Leslie's streams, Sock was once catnapping on his back with his arms in a "T-Pose" position.
- Sock was used as an example of Leslie teaching her viewers on how to create Twitch emotes, using an Instagram post of Sock and turning him into a PNG image after cropping the background. Sock's emote on Leslie's Twitch was known as "fusSock" (although the original emote has since been replaced by an artwork of him).
- In Kkatamina's stream where she debuts Lil' Cat, Leslie reveals Sock is known for "humping," particularly on a red Among Us plushy Leslie owns. Leslie usually refers to the plushy as "Sock's girlfriend."
- Additionally, Sock once humped on the Among Us plushy during one of Leslie's streams, prompting her to hide her camera and preventing Sock from committing more action.
- Both Sock and Mayo have heterochromia.
- Coincidentally, they both have the same set of eye colors and are Munchkins.
- Sock's feud with Somi is the first time Leslie had ever heard him loudly scream.
