Christina "Tina" Kenyon, better known by her online alias TinaKitten, is a South Korean Twitch streamer and content creator, known for her extreme gaming and art abilities, particularly Tetris and SpeedRunners.

She initially found fame when she was unable to solve a simple Simon Says puzzle four times in a row in an Among Us game and went viral. She gained more recognition for joining several lobbies in Among Us, including lobbies from Offline TV and Friends, as well as having an awkward, shy, and wholesome personality.

She was part of organization 100 Thieves from September 2021 until December 2022, and is also part of the "Salad Gang" with Corpse Husband, BrookeAB, Karl Jacobs, 5up, and Emma Langevin.

Background

Tina is half Korean and half white. Although she and her family have lived in different countries around the world, she lived in South Korea much of her life.[2]

Career

Tina had streamed infrequently before joining Among Us lobbies. Although already friends with some members in the Offline TV friend group, Tina volunteered herself as a substitute and fill for one of the Among Us lobbies, where she met Disguised Toast and several members of Offline TV and Friends. There, Toast found potential in Tina as an entertaining streamer due to her naivety and gullibility while playing.

TinaKitten ran an impromptu podcast with Brofain and PeterparkTV. She was also champion of the Among Us 3rd Impostor World Championship, beating Fuslie and Dakotaz in the final three.

She is known for her drawing and gaming streams as well as her signature art style. She has amassed over 1.2M followers on her Twitch account as of July 21st, 2022. She often stream's with her friend's where they play a variety of game's such as, Among us, Minecraft, Stardew Valley, Raft. Foolish, Corpse, Karl, Sykkuno and many others often join Tina on her gaming adventure's.

She joined 100T as a content creator on September 15, 2021. Leading up to the official announcement, there were many hints given on social media that she was the next content creator 100T was going to sign. On the day of the official announcement, she did a cooking stream with guests, including other content creators of 100T, like BrookeAB, Valkyrae, Fuslie, Kyedae and many others.

Tina joined the Dream SMP on October 23, 2021, when she did her first stream on the SMP.

Tina joined MCC on May 28, 2022, where her team(Foolish, Sapnap and Michaelmcchill) ranked 9th and she ranked 39th. In October 2022, Tina moved from Las Vegas to Los Angeles to live in the 100 Thieves Compound.

On December 26, 2022 Tina announced that she had parted ways with 100 Thieves due to creative differences.

On August 26, 2023, Tina was announced to be joining the QSMP, a multi-lingual Minecraft server run by Quackity. The server includes players from all around the world, including English-speakers, Spanish-speakers, Portuguese-speakers, and French-speakers.

Personal Life

Tina and Jummychu were in a relationship for several years. They announced their breakup on March 2, 2021.[3]

Trivia

  • Tina does not have a Korean name, so she had asked her mother what would she had called her. Her mother said she would have called her Ari (아리), which pleased Tina as she liked the similarly-named League of Legends character, Ahri.
  • Tina has had one prior modeling experience for a hair salon in Korea, however she didn't like the end result since her nose was heavily photoshopped.
  • Due to her "innocent" image and personality, her fellow streamers are often caught off-guard whenever she trash-talks or gets mad, which are rare occurrences.
  • Tina knows conversational Korean, but does not speak it fluently since she went to an English-speaking international school. Her sister is more fluent.
  • Another viral clip featuring her is her conversing with Jacksepticeye in Korean during a proximity game of Among Us. She has oftentimes spoken it on stream whenever other Korean-Americans or Korean-fluent streamers are present, such as Jack, LilyPichu, eaJ, Peter Park, HJune, and Natsumiii.
  • She is highly skilled in Tetris and SpeedRunners, the latter of which she has repeatedly beaten several of her friends. Conversely, she is also supposedly good in Garfield Kart, however she has consistently lost on stream to her fellow streamers including Disguised Toast, Sykkuno, and BrookeAB.
